Nearly twenty days on the run the two convicted murders are still on the loose in upstate New York. These criminals had inside help to hack their way out of a prison and the only folks that seem to be getting caught are the helpers. David Sweat and Richard Matt are to be serving life sentences for horrific murders committed in the late nineties and they have been eluding capture if we believe what the police are saying just twenty miles away from the place they have called home for over a decade. Law enforcement is guarding the Canadian border to make sure that they do not get out of the country. How about capturing them to make sure that they do not kill anybody else? No one has really answered the questions about how did the two get the schematics of the prison to be able to know where to dig. According to the limited information that we have heard from the helpers all they did was give them the tools but how did the two hatch a plan sophisticated enough to pull it off or was there more going on than tools delivered in meat products? My guess is that the helpers were doing more than just passing along tools. The help showed them the way to freedom and it will rest on head of those individuals if other persons meet their demise at the hands of these convicted murders. I understand that they are proving to be smarter than a fifth grader but is law enforcement pulling out all the stops because if this were any other group of people they would have been caught already. Some things just make you go “really”.
